Strict No-Refunds Policy

All sales of digital goods/subscriptions within the app are final due to the immediate delivery of digital assets. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued once a purchase has been completed and the digital roadmap or result has been delivered. SlabSutra does not sell or ship any physical goods, so no returns are applicable.

1. Nature of Digital Goods

SlabSutra's paid roadmap and any related digital output are delivered instantly upon successful payment. Given this immediate delivery, standard cooling-off or return provisions applicable to physical goods do not apply.

2. Cancellations

Once a purchase is initiated and payment is confirmed, the transaction cannot be cancelled. Please review your details carefully before completing any payment.

3. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

In the rare event of a technical error resulting in a duplicate charge or a failed transaction where payment was deducted but access was not granted, please contact us at the email listed below for resolution.
