Upon successful payment, your personalized tax-saving roadmap is generated and made available to you instantly within the application. There is no physical shipment, courier, tracking number, or delivery timeline involved, as no physical goods change hands at any point in the purchase process.
2. Access Issues
If you have completed payment but are unable to access your digital roadmap, this is treated as a service/access issue rather than a shipping issue — please contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve it directly within the app.
