You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you upload or enter, and for verifying any recommendation against your official Form 16 and applicable law before acting on it or filing your return.

You agree to provide accurate information during verification and to keep any access credentials confidential. We reserve the right to suspend access in cases of suspected misuse.

Where you have consented, or as otherwise permitted by law, we and our partners may contact you about products or offers that may be relevant to you; you may opt out of such communications at any time without affecting your access to the core service.

DSG Buildcon Private Limited shall not be held liable for any loss arising from reliance on figures generated by the app without independent verification.
